What it is

A single counter, taken seriously.

The Tap Experiment is a one-screen study of the most basic interaction we have with a phone: tap a thing, see a number change. The app strips everything else away and leaves you alone with the counter — no levels, no achievements. It exists to be looked at, used, and put down.
